According To My Doctor,
I’m underweight.
I’m 5’9” and 115 pounds. Last time I weighed myself was in November, I weighed 118 pounds. and So in the 3 months I spent doing nothing, I LOST 3 pounds.
The doctor gave me a list of things I needed to do which consisted of two things: eating more and exercising. He didn’t even say eat healthier he just said eat more.
I don’t even understand how I lost 3 pounds. I eat A LOT of junk food, I should be huuuuge. My metabolism is too fast for my own good. (Dun, dun, duuuunnn).
And I HAVE to work out now. I don’t even have a choice now, he said that I need to gain mass.
Next time I see him (in 2 months), I’m supposed to have gained AT LEAST 5 pounds.
This ought to be fun…
